The focus is on Munich and the surrounding area, but depending on the project, assignments throughout the DACH region or internationally are also possible. An assignment makes sense if it noticeably reduces the workload at several stations, banquets, high cycle times, or complex kitchen structures.

What does a Prime Brigade operation cost, and how is it calculated?

Costs are calculated transparently using daily or hourly rates or on a project basis, depending on the role, duration of assignment, and working hours. The more specific the information we receive in advance, the more accurately and, above all, efficiently we can calculate and plan.

We ensure quality and reliability through well-established processes, clear kitchen organization, defined standards, and clearly regulated responsibilities for each station.
